RETURN POLICY

Returns are quickeasy and free! In the Continental US.

The item(s) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if meeting the following criteria:

  • Unworn/Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Original packaging and tags must be included

Orders must be from alpineswiss.com to qualify for free returns.

International Orders: Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

MAKING A RETURN

For qualifying orders:

We hope you love your item! But in case it’s the wrong fit or you simply changed your mind, log in to your account, go to your Completed Orders tab, and click on the Return Item(s) link.  To submit your return request, select the item(s) that need to be returned & return reason.

If you do not have an account, contact us at service@alpineswissusa.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your order.

We will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

How long before I get a response?

We are closed over the weekend. For inquiries submitted Sunday-Friday (before 5PM PST), we will respond within 1-business day. If you reach out to us Friday (after 5PM PST) or Saturday, we will get back to you on Monday.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size, or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order at www.alpineswiss.com.

We will honor the price on your original order if the product is now listed at a higher price than what was paid.

This courtesy is limited to the unit quantity on the original purchase.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at service@coolshoeme.com with your name, order number, clear pictures showing the defect of the item, and a description of the issue.

REFUNDS

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the item(s) in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. All refunds are credited back to the same credit card used at time of purchase. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

If we find that your returned item(s) does not meet our Returns Policy Criteria, no refund will be issued. If you want the ineligible item(s) returned to you, you must cover return shipping costs.
